www.BritRider.com.....dedicated to
riding Triumph motorcycles.
The Norton Project
Dragon Raid planning is in high gear!!
I set up
www.TheDragonRaid.com as the official portal for the event. I also
have have a Facebook page linked to it also. We really need to get our
reservations at Iron Horse made. A few of us have....but we need more on
the ball. We have quite a few sponsors already and more are lining up.
Please check out the site and spread the word on every forum out there.
Triumph ParkinGO European Series was launched at the "Ricardo Tormo" circuit of
Comunidad Valenciana. The event started with a press conference held by Paul
Taylor, PR and Racing Activities Manager for Triumph and Giuliano Rovelli,
ParkinGO CEO of the Oasihandling group, who described the championship's
characteristics, which was also made possible by the collaboration with Infront
and the UEM federation.
The challenge will get underway in April 11th at the Valencia circuit and will
include seven of ten World Superbike rounds, which will be held on the main
European circuits.
The Street Triple R was presented at the launch, a historic bike for the Triumph
manufacturer, which impressed the riders and journalists attending the event
with its great handling and easy riding in its racing version.
Factory Team Triumph BE1 Racing was also presented during the same press
conference. The squad will race in the 2010 Supersport World Championship with
four great riders: Chaz Davies, David Salom, Jason DiSalvo and the newly
acquired Matthieu Lagrive, who all rode the Street Triple R as did the riders
who will battle for the trophy.
